SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Upon successful placement of an order on our website, our team will begin processing it promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping for all orders placed on tvph.in. Depending on your location, delivery may be facilitated through our trusted courier partners or postal services.

Delivery Time-frame:

Customers can expect to receive their orders within 5-10 working days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as shipping destination, courier efficiency, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value, as specified on our website. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at the checkout stage based on the weight and dimensions of the package.

Cash On Delivery Charges Will Be Upto50-150 rs.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.

Delivery Attempts:

In the event that the courier is unable to deliver your order on the first attempt, they will make subsequent delivery attempts on consecutive days. It is important to ensure that someone is available to receive the package during the specified delivery window to avoid any delays.

Undelivered Packages:

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts due to reasons such as incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will then reach out to you to arrange for re-delivery or provide further instructions as necessary.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not facilitate international shipping or delivery to addresses outside of India.

Shipping Restrictions:

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on their size, weight, or contents. Any such restrictions will be clearly communicated on the product page, and customers are advised to review these details before placing an order.

Communication:

For any inquiries or assistance regarding shipping, customers can reach out to our customer support team via email at help.tvph.in@gmail.com. We are committed to addressing your concerns and providing timely assistance throughout the shipping process.
