Returns:
You have 7 from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, when returning an item.
Customized Items are Not Returnable if any problem happens to your product like feting issues , broken ,damaged item received we will provide you a new package shipping cost will be free for 1st time
you need to show order receipt damage defective item photo or video as proof then it will be provide to you after verify your all details
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges:
We do not facilitate exchanges for orders where the customer has ordered the wrong item
